The offering is for 2500 units at $10,000 each for a total of $25M and Concrete Equities form Calgary has invested $12.5 of it's own money in the deal, recognizing the exceptional potential of this project. This alone shows how committed and confident they are about the success of El Golfo development

The investment is not meant to have interim cash flow but depending on how the project evolves there could be some partial payments over the year if partial sales occurs..
